Come enjoy Fort Exclusive on Sunday, Oct. 5, an especially relaxing wellness day hosted by our sauna master Dennis Kokmeijer.
In an intimate setting (max 10 people) you will experience, among other things, his award-winning Northern Lights steam bath ritual and the Herbal infusion "Awakening the Inner Spirit.
Yoga & Wellness Workshop
Treat yourself to a moment of deep relaxation and renewed energy during our Yoga & Wellness Workshop. A day completely dedicated to balance, self-care and connection - with yourself and others.
Let go of the daily hustle and bustle as you are taken through a healing combination of yoga, breathing and meditation and end the day in our spa.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and advanced students. You do not need to have any experience.

Several times a year Wim Hof Certified Coach René Valk organizes Fundamentals and Advanced workshops as well as power breathing workshops in our Fort Hall.
The Wim Hof Method is a science-based method that includes: mindset & focus, stress control, breathing techniques and cold training with ice bathing.

Cocoa and Sound Ceremony

Indulge your senses and be taken on a journey of inner peace and transformation.
Jet and Dennis provide this ceremony a few times a year in our Fort Hall. The cost for the Cocoa & Sound Ceremony is €75.00.
