The kitchen brigade applies different flavors, textures, temperatures and colors to the most beautiful creations, which will surprise every time. The basis of our cooking is classic French cuisine with the application of modern trends. Oriental influences and working with seasonal products play an important role in this.

Wellness restaurant

Poterne terrace
The authentic fort alley takes you to the idyllic Poterne terrace. Hidden between the green fort dikes, you immediately get the feeling of being away from it all.
Cozy seats, hammocks, beach, cozy fireplace, bar and outdoor kitchen ensure an unforgettable time.
In the summer months, the bedouin tent provides extra comfort. Here it is nice to stay in the shade during a hot summer day or under the heat of the heaters during cooler summer evenings.
