House Rules

On behalf of Fort Resort Beemster we would like to welcome you. During your presence we will do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible. To realize this, we kindly ask you to observe the rules and tips below.

  • The use of cell phones and other electronic devices with cameras is not permitted, except at the front desk.
  • The wristband allows you to access your locker and tracks your purchases. You may bring your personal belongings in a transparent bag provided by the facility. Please use this bag instead of your own.
  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear is not permitted, except on the designated swimwear days.
  • For your safety and hygiene, wearing bath slippers is required, except in the saunas and pools.
  • You must shower before entering the pools or saunas.
  • Wearing a bathrobe and slippers is required in the wellness restaurant.
  • In the saunas, we kindly ask that you sit entirely on your towel. Towels may not be used to reserve lounge chairs.
  • The wellness area is a quiet zone. Talking is permitted in the Panorama Sauna, the Botanical Sauna, in and around the swimming pools and hot tubs, in the restaurant, and on the terrace.
  • Both desired and sexual harassment will not be tolerated.
  • Consuming food and beverages brought from outside is not permitted.
  • Smoking is permitted only in the smoking area near the patio.
  • Personal grooming, such as shaving or brushing teeth, is not allowed.
  • Reserving sun loungers is not permitted. We ask that you vacate them after use so that other guests may use them.
  • For your safety, the infusions are performed by our sauna master. Participation in infusions and other rituals is at your own risk.
  • Fort Resort Beemster is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal property.
  • Everyone 18 and older is welcome. Guests aged 16–18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
  • If we have any doubts about compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to deny entry.
  • You can always ask a staff member for advice, first aid, or to ask questions.
  • By entering our facilities, you agree to our terms and house rules.

If there is any doubt about the applicability of the above, we reserve the right to deny you access and leave our facilities immediately. You may speak to a staff member at any time for advice, assistance or information.
