Because we allow a maximum number of guests per day, we recommend making reservations in advance. We also operate a check-in time to spread the visit and crowds throughout the day. This keeps a day of wellness peaceful and relaxing for everyone.

- Bath cards are not personalized. Therefore, you can always bring someone cozy on your card.
- Bath cards are valid for one year, are you unable to use up your card? Then give the card as a gift to a wellness lover.
- Bathing passes are valid at the designated time. If you buy an evening pass, you can use it exclusively during the evening. Are you coming during the day? Then buy a single day ticket.
- Pool cards are offered with a benefit. For this reason, there can be no deviation from the above rules.
