For dinner, you can visit the Poterne restaurant. This is located in the heart of the fortress. Here everything comes together: history, tasteful decor, beautiful dishes, wines and high-level hospitality. Our chef and his team prepare daily fresh seasonal dishes with honest and fair local products from the beautiful Beemster polder and surroundings.
The wellness restaurant is open without reservations. Enjoy a smoothie, healthy salad, a delicious lunch or a gastronomic surprise dinner from the chef in a relaxed atmosphere.

With the summer hotel package you can enjoy our wonderful saunas and baths for two days. A real pampering moment for yourself.
Sweet Spring Package
With this package you can enjoy our saunas and baths all day and then go to your luxurious room in your bathrobe. Check-in for the hotel is possible from 2:00 pm, but you can already enjoy the Spa & Wellness from 9:45 am. You will receive bathrobes and towels from us.
Enjoying Fortune
Stay overnight in one of our luxurious rooms. Check-in for the hotel is possible from 2 p.m., but you can enjoy the Spa & Wellness from 9:45 a.m. onwards. You will receive bathrobes and towels from us.
Romantic enjoyment
Stay overnight in a beautiful suite. Check-in for the hotel is possible from 2:00 pm, but you can enjoy the Spa & Wellness from 9:45 am. You will receive bathrobes and towels from us.
Bali package
