(junior) sous chef
Voor onze keukenbrigade zijn we op zoek naar een (junior) sous-chef.
Als sous-chef ondersteun je de chef-kok. Bij afwezigheid van de chef ben je verantwoordelijk voor de leiding aan het keukenteam. Je stuurt medewerkers vaktechnisch aan en draagt zorg voor de (voor) bereiding en presentatie van gerechten. Je bent een sparringpartner voor de chef bij het ontwikkelen van de kaart. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor dagelijkse bestellingen bij diverse leveranciers.
Wij staan open voor creatieve ideeën en je hebt alle ruimte om je te ontwikkelen en door te groeien in het team.
Independent working cook
Our kitchen is located literally and figuratively in the heart of the Fort. This is where you will come to work and ensure that our guests are pampered in a culinary unforgettable way. You will work for both our wellness restaurant and the Poterne Restaurant. For the wellness restaurant many salads and healthy sandwiches will leave the kitchen.
For the Poterne Restaurant, dishes come from classic French cuisine with application of modern developments and trends. Eastern influences play an important role in this.

Flush kitchen employee
Our sink kitchen is located in the heart of our Fort. This is where you will be working. The kitchen staff creates beautiful dishes and this is served on shiny plates. The kitchen sink is an important part of our company. You work here with a smile and enjoy getting your hands dirty. You make sure everything is spic and span. You do this with the help of our modern washing machine. In the morning you also perform support work for the cooks.
We will give you every opportunity to develop and grow within the team. There is a good working atmosphere and we are open to feedback.
