Powerbreathing

Experience the power of conscious breathing. The energizing start (or break) of any meeting.
With attention to breathing techniques, you will (re)find more peace and learn how to increase your mental and physical strength. These aspects are valuable for everyone individually, but are even more powerful when experienced together with your team. A good start or break of your meeting to be able to put your heads together again afterwards.

Duration approx. 1 to 1.5 hours

Ice bath experience

Get out of your head and into your body. A meeting or business meeting requires focus of the brain. How nice is it to give your head a break before, during or after a meeting?
In a short session, experience Wim Hof's breathing exercise and get acquainted with exposure to cold. With a few simple techniques you will learn to cope with a challenge and become comfortable again in an uncomfortable situation.

René Valk, certified Wim Hof instructor, will take you through the method of Wim Hof (The Iceman).

Duration about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Only the hands, wrists and arms will be exposed to the cold.
