This two-day retreat is led by Imara Terheggen.
Imara is a dietician, therapist, lifestyle coach, mindfulness coach and behavior change specialist. She has also completed several yoga courses and has been teaching yoga with dedication for over a decade. Her classes focus on safety, self-love and inclusiveness-whether you are on the mat for the first time or have had a regular practice for years: you are welcome.
Yoga to her means slowing down, feeling, and coming back home to who you really are. Whether you are looking for more flexibility, peace of mind, or space to feel what wants to be felt - all are welcome.
