Fort Resort Beemster applies the following cancellation policy:

We understand that your plans may change. You have the following cancellation options when payments have been made (more than 24 hours in advance):

- Move your reservation free of charge.
- Receive a digital gift card for the amount paid.
- Receive a refund of the amount paid to your bank account. We charge €7.50 in administration costs.
- If you paid for the reservation with the Nationale Sauna & Wellness gift card, you can only reschedule it free of charge at
. A refund is not possible due to the external party.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge 100% of the reservation value if you have booked treatments.

You can cancel a sauna visit without payment free of charge.

Hotel reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After this time, we will unfortunately be forced to charge 100% of the reservation price.
